New Lancashire manufacturing jobs

Air Filtration Solutions

Air Filtration Solutions have announced they are seeking up to thirty new temporary staff members. The company, based on Roman Way industrial estate on the outskirts of Preston, specialise in producing filters aimed at improving air purity, however current production is focusing instead on respiratory medical masks.

The new staff members will be factory operatives based in the company’s Preston headquarters. A spokesperson for East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, which partners with the company, said: “Through constant development and innovation, Air Filtration Solutions are designing and producing products that are not just different but are also helping to support the NHS through the Covid-19 pandemic.”

The company says that applicants must have a willingness to learn new processes and procedures, alongside a good understanding of written and verbal instructions (which are provided in English) and a proactive approach towards health, safety.

The positions will be fixed to a 12 week period, however permanent opportunities may be offered at the end of this period.
